  1. How can one become a member of the loyalty program?

    To become a member of loyalty program (Reegain Club), simply log onto www.shop4reebok.com and register or please ask the store manager to register yourself into the program by providing him your details. Please call our toll free number 1800111009 in case you need any assistance.

  2. What happens when a customer wishes to change his/her mobile number ?

    Customer to edit his contact details on the www.shop4reebok.com. Once done, the points from customers previous mobile number shall get transferred to the new mobile number and the new mobile number shall become the loyalty membership identification number of the customer.

  3. What happens if a customer cancels his order?

    The reward points credited into customer account at the time of placement of the order will also be debited from customers account on cancellation of the order

  4. What happens if a customer changes his email ID?

    Customer to edit his email id on the www.shop4reebok.com. Once done, the changed email Id shall become the new login id of the customer and all details including the reward points earned and redeemed shall automatically get updated into this new login id account.

  5. Can a customer gift his reward points to his / her loved ones?

    Reward points once earned can not be transferred to any other account. However, customers can chose to gift their reward points at the time of making purchase by providing the store manager at the invoice counter with mobile number of the member to whom they wish to gift their reward points.

  6. How can one check the status of reward points?

    To check the status of your reward points, simply log on to www.shop4reebok.com, and check the status of your reward points under your profile page or else send an SMS containing “Reebok” to 56060 and you shall receive an instant message updating you about the status of your reward points.

  7. Will the customer earn reward points on his / her purchase even during the discount period and/or discounted products?

    Yes. Customer wil be eligible to earn reward points on all their purchases including the period when discounts are also running on the stores/online portal. However, it's clear that reward points will be earned on the net amount paid by the customer earned .

  8. How shall a customer complaint, if any, be resolved?

    Customer can either approach the store from where he/she has bought their merchandise or call directly on the toll-free number 1800111009. All eligible complaints shall be resolved within 7 to 10 working days.

  9. What shall be the normal TAT for resolution of a customer complaint?

    7 to 10 working days

  10. Will the store managers have access to customer service team in order to facilitate resolution for their customers?

    Yes. Store managers can also directly contact the customer servicing and complaint resolution team by calling on the toll free number 1800111009

  11. How can the reward points be redeemed?

    Customer can redeem their reward points only at www.shop4reebok.com at the time of purchase of any product from the portal. 

  12. Can the customer en-cash his/her reward points?

    Customer cannot en-cash their reward points. Only redemption is allowed.
