Reegain Club: Benefits, Earn & Redeem
Earning
  • 05 Rewards Points for every Rs. 100 net purchase
  • 1 Reward Point = Rupees 1/-
  • Net purchase value = net sale value i.e. basic sale price minus discounts.
  • Example: If  Product price: Rs. 1000, Discounts: Rs. 300, Net Bill Value: Rs. 700 and hence No. of rewards points earned = 35
Redemption
  • Presently only on online portal www.shop4reebok.com
  • Minimum no. of points required for redemption: 750
  • Rewards to have a redemption validity period of 1 years
 

Reegain Club – Communication

  • Instant Transaction SMS to customer thanking him on the purchase and informinghim about his updated reward points. (Customers who are registered with DND services may not receive the SMS because it’s illegal to send SMS as per Indian Government/TRAI. (http://nccptrai.gov.in)
  • Customers can also check his/her reward points by sending " Reebok " to 56070
  • Customers get an email and SMS on his /her first registration as a loyalty customer.
  • Customers to register for SMS / E-mail alerts at the time of registration.
